All JNXPC custom and prebuilt systems come with a 1-year warranty covering both parts and labour. Individual components may have longer manufacturer warranties, which we will help enforce if needed.

Once your order is confirmed, we aim to build, test, and ship your PC within 5-7 business days. If anything causes a delay, we'll keep you fully informed.

Yes! All components in our Custom PC Builder are 100% brand new and sourced from trusted suppliers. We only use refurbished hardware in our dedicated refurbished prebuilt systems.

If a part you select is incompatible with your build, it will be highlighted in red and an error message will appear. This ensures your configuration is always viable before submission.
